Responsibilities:

Car Park Operations

  1. Ensure all car park barriers, access card readers, and related systems are functionally properly.

  2. Provide friendly assistance to visitors regarding season pass and access issues.

  3. Report any suspicious activity, accidents, or equipment malfunction to Supervisor or Management.

  4. Support the enforcement of parking regulations to prevent unauthorized parking or misuse of season passes.

Maintenance & Technical Support

  1. Perform daily inspection of parking equipment such as barriers, card readers, ticket/payment machines (if any), lighting, and CCTV.

  2. Carry out minor maintenance and repair work (e.g. bulb replacement, sensor cleaning, resetting systems, signage upkeep).

  3. Maintain accurate records of inspection, repair, and maintenance activities.

  4. Ensure tools and materials are properly stored and maintained after use.

Requirements:

  1. Male candidates only.

  2. Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent

  3. Preferably 1 year of working experience in car park operations, building maintenance, or shopping mall facilities.

  4. Basic understanding of parking access systems and simple mechanical or electrical troubleshooting.

  5. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

  6. Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off days on weekdays).

  7. Responsible, punctual, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  8. Positive working attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
