As a Sales & Marketing Executive at TM Tours & Travel, you will be responsible for promoting our travel packages, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through creative marketing and effective sales strategies. You will play a key role in expanding the company's reach, enhancing our brand visibility, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Promote tour packages, travel deals, and corporate services to new and existing clients.
  • Manage social media marketing, digital campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, hotels, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional travel consultations.
  • Attend exhibitions, fairs, and networking events to promote TM Tours & Travel.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop new products or services based on market demand.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (travel industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Creative, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
