About the Role

We're looking for a
Data Analyst (Business Intelligence)
to support our data-driven operations across events, membership programs, and performance reporting within
Richworks Consulting Group (RCG)
.

You'll work closely with the
Data Strategy team
to ensure data accuracy, develop insightful dashboards, and enhance CRM reporting — transforming information into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and analyze data for events and membership programs.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards using
    Power BI
    ,
    Looker Studio
    ,
    Google Sheets
    , and
    Zoho Analytics
    .
  • Support
    CRM integration
    and automate recurring reports for efficiency.
  • Conduct trend and performance analysis to support management decisions.
  • Explore
    new data tools and AI-assisted solutions
    to improve accuracy, prediction, and reporting speed.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years
    of experience in data analysis, CRM, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    ; experience with
    Zoho
    or similar BI platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong
    analytical mindset
    , with curiosity for
    AI tools and automation
    .
  • Excellent
