About Our Client

Rykasc Dco Management is a reputable, dynamic, and contemporary design and build company. We specialize in high-end architectural and interior design, including stunning bungalows and residences. Our vision is to become a premium builder in the industry.

What you'll be doing?
  • Generate quotation documents, tenders, BOMs, and BOQs independently.
  • Liaise with trade subcontractors for accurate information.
  • Manage order placement timing, supply/demand alignment, material replenishment, and supplier performance.
  • Control costs during construction to ensure they stay within the contract budget.
  • Source new or alternative materials locally or overseas.
  • Prepare sub-contractor Letters of Award (LOA).
  • Liaise with consultants and clients for project-related matters.
  • Assist and undertake any other duties as instructed by your superior.
Who are they looking for?
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a renovation or construction-based company.
  • Ability to understand 2D working drawings and construction drawings.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia (candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and AutoCAD.
  • Detailed and thorough thinker with excellent time management skills.
  • Highly efficient and able to work independently without supervision.
