Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the F&B, FMCG, or energy industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using data for decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
  • Operations:
  • Manage daily operational activities across sales, logistics, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and efficient product and service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory planning and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Management & Reporting:
  • Lead and manage a small team.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance records, and operational updates for management.
  • Develop and implement strategies for workplace and process improvement.
