Policy Operations Support - Admin Executive

Adecco is seeking for an Admin Executive to support the Policy Operations team (Post Sales) for a client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role involves supporting the sales and policy operations department by ensuring efficient workflow and accurate record-keeping. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with insurers, handling policy-related inquiries, and preparing client presentations. This position requires proficiency in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparties. The role offers a hybrid work environment and requires a degree holder with experience in shared service operations or customer service, preferably within the insurance industry

What you will Do?

  • Prepare and deliver premium notices and policy annual review packages to clients promptly
  • Update post-annual review meeting details and status in the system accurately
  • Obtain and update quarterly and annual cash values in the system efficiently
  • Coordinate with insurers to ensure effective transfer of required data and documents
  • Handle policy-related inquiries and provide accurate information to advisors or clients

Your Skills

  • Degree holder in any discipline with relevant experience in shared service operations
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Highly organized and proactive in fulfilling daily work efficiently under deadlines
  • Competent in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin/Cantonese to support the Hong Kong counterparties
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in shared service operations or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
