As a Human Resource Intern, you will support the HR department in daily operations, employee engagement, and documentation processes. This internship provides valuable exposure to real-world HR functions in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Support in preparing HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
- Help coordinate staff engagement activities, wellness events, and internal communications.
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Perform any other HR or office-related tasks as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
