About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Front Service to join our dynamic team at Restoran Ayam Penyet Best in Sunway Iskandar Johor and also Angsana Mall, Johor Bahru. This full-time role is integral to ensuring our customers receive excellent service and support as they interact with our business.
What you'll be doing
- Operate the cash register and handle all cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet and welcome customers, providing prompt and friendly service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with general front-of-house duties, including stocking shelves and maintaining high standards of hygiene and clean work station/floor area.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support the smooth running of the business.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong cash handling and arithmetic skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
