Key Responsibilities

  • Involve in process improvement and find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes.
  • Responsible to improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing & planning workflow based on space requirements & equipment layout.
  • Cost management according to budget and search for necessary equipment to maximize process capacity and process improvement.
  • To review and enhance the existing processes to maximize the efficiency of the process, machine capacity and productivity of production line.
  • To develop efficient manufacturing systems by conducting research programs, applying knowledge of fabrication, assembly, tooling and materials.
  • Conferring with equipment vendors to ensure timely equipment installation in order to meet operational goals.
  • Performing audit to the existing manufacturing processes to ensure the smoothness of processes and facilities.
  • Work closely with other departments i.e. Production, QAQC, Maintenance to enhance current manufacturing process for effectiveness and efficiency maximization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, or any related field.
  • Experience: Experience in manufacturing is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate with other departments.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
