  • 5years experiences in EMS with business development or PM background with business knowledge;

Other requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with high motivation.
  • Good team working spirit and experience, proactive attitude to cooperation with colleagues
  • Communications skills in English and Malay, Mandarin is plus.
  • Familiar with electronic products and components, specifications and rules of international trade.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication, has led the team leadership
  • Trustworthy & Independent

Job responsibilities:(Please address as detailed as possible)

  • Coordinate with internal team to manage customer KPI are met
  • Work proactively to exceed customer expectations in conjunction with company business growth
  • Manage customer in term of business and commercial perspective communication & ownership
  • Manage Customer Sales contact and order system management;
  • Assist to fulfil Customer specific requirements evaluation;
  • Maintaining customer relationship, including customer satisfaction, customer scorecards, customer complaint, warranty etc
  • Monitor day to day business operation to meet Internal target budgeted
  • Create relevant management reporting with high data accuracy on a weekly basis and
  • communicate in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and control customer materials E&O including report periodically to customer
  • Assist Project team with execution strategies for product introduction
  • Provide RFQ to existing customer, timely
  • Manage all customer communications, upward and downward through the organization; escalate key issues and present options for resolution to the management.
