We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and protect the company's interests. This role involves contract management, dispute resolution, and supporting management in legal decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise management on legal, compliance, and governance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with labour, corporate, and regulatory laws.
- Manage legal disputes, litigation, and liaison with external counsel.
- Support policy development and corporate governance functions.
- Liaise with authorities, regulators, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); CLP/Bar admission preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of corporate or commercial law experience.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and high ethical standards.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
