We are operating from Seksyen 27 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, and our website is Currently, we are seeking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be able to perform the following tasks (but not limited to) on a day-to-day basis:

• Collaborate with the company's management team in developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies with the aim of driving growth, increasing market share, and enhancing brand recognition.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities, while analyzing the competitive landscape to differentiate our products and services.

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.

• Optimize website content and user journey for SEO and conversion rate performance using AI and CRO tools to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Manage paid search campaigns (mainly Google Ads and Meta Ads), including bid optimization, budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
• Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, AI tools, and other reporting platforms.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline processes such as audience segmentation, email marketing workflows, retargeting, and content personalization.
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify emerging tactics, messaging, and positioning strategies used by others in the market.
• Work with and oversee the performance of the digital marketing agency, if relevant, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital marketing strategies, and platform algorithm changes, adjusting marketing efforts accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Star Wars, pop culture, and the lightsaber community is an added advantage.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, and keyword research to improve organic and paid search performance.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, and other digital marketing tools.
• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and executing successful engagement strategies.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Experience in running A/B testing and optimizing websites or landing pages for conversions.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and AI-driven tools is a strong advantage.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitors.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with the marketing, creative, and management team.
• Good writing and proofreading skills are an advantage.
• Willing to work at the office location in Seksyen 27.
