About the role

As a Customer Service Executive (Automotive) at Asbenz Motors Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Delivering outstanding customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions
  2. Assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support
  3. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to provide seamless support to customers
  6. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommending improvements
