About the role

As a Customer Service Executive at JUNANDUS (Eatnovation Sdn Bhd), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time role is based in our Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur office, where you will be an integral part of our dynamic customer service team.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborating with partners, marketplaces, and logistics team to ensure orders delivered on time

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail customer service, or call center role
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak and write Mandarin will be advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and priorities tasks effectively
