Job Overview:
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in executing daily HR activities and gaining hands-on experience in HR operations. This internship provides exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring proper documentation and induction.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist with payroll and leave administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and events.
- Support HR reporting and generate basic reports for management review.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative assistance as needed.
- Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM RM2,000.00 per month
