Job Overview:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in executing daily HR activities and gaining hands-on experience in HR operations. This internship provides exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring proper documentation and induction.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist with payroll and leave administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and events.
  • Support HR reporting and generate basic reports for management review.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM RM2,000.00 per month
