We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Assistant Officer to join our team The ideal candidate will assist with student enrollment, engage with prospective students and parents, and support marketing initiatives to help drive the school's growth and reputation. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and proactive in providing excellent service and creating positive experiences for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain prospect lists and databases, and follow up with potential clients based on phone or digital marketing efforts.
  • Attend to walk-in or call-in parents, providing information and scheduling appointments regarding student enrollment.
  • Assist in preparing documents and supporting student visa applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Prepare fee quotations for interested parents and obtain approval before issuance.
  • Conduct school tours for parents and prospective students prior to meetings with the principal.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Support research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and demographics to improve strategies.
  • Support the sales team in identifying opportunities to improve product offerings, sales tactics, and promotional activities.
  • Organize and attend marketing or promotional events to raise brand awareness.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assist in reporting and maintaining sales records.
  • Filing and keeping proper records of documents such as quotations, invoices, and receipts under the Sales Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive, comfortable interacting with parents, students, and staff.
  • Ability to multitask, willingness to learn, organized, detail-oriented, able to follow through independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to support occasional weekend or evening events and travel when required.
  • Own transport is preferred.
  • Preferable who can start work immediately (negotiable).
