Job Summary:

The Ayee Crew are responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and deliver food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist in preparing and serving food and drinks when required
• Ensure proper handling of food and beverages following hygiene standards
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform cashiering duties if assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage (but not required)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles in the outlet
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
