Business Development Executive
to help us grow our network of partner venues.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential sports venue partners across Malaysia.
  • Drive new venue acquisition by identifying and onboarding sports facilities onto the Courtsite platform.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of Courtsite's platform and services.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and close deals that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the onboarding team to ensure new venues go live smoothly on the platform.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and report performance using CRM.
  • Represent Courtsite professionally at industry events, meetings, and demos.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably B2B).
  • Confident communicator in English, Malay and Chinese who enjoys building relationships and solving problems.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and wants to continuously improve.
  • Comfortable with hybrid work (mix of in-office meetings, client visits, and remote work).
  • Passion for sports, fitness, or tech is a huge plus
