We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team to develop and implement marketing strategies, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising).
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and email marketing channels.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to maximize ROI. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Use analytical tools to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and create social media calendars.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, design, and product development to ensure cohesive brand communication and marketing strategies.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM software).
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
