• 管理并优化 DynaMod POS 系统,确保销售与库存数据准确 Administer and optimize DynaMod POS system for accurate sales and inventory tracking
• 监督 CCTV 系统的安装、维护与监控 Oversee installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV systems
• 管理公司所有 IT 硬件与软件,包括采购、配置与维护 Manage all IT hardware and software, including procurement, setup, and maintenance
• 维护服务器与网络基础设施,确保系统稳定运行 Maintain server and network infrastructure to ensure system reliability
• 执行网络安全措施,确保数据保护与合规 Implement cybersecurity protocols to ensure data protection and compliance
• 与供应商协调,处理技术支持与服务合同 Coordinate with vendors for technical support and service agreements
• 制定 IT 政策与操作流程,并培训员工 Develop IT policies and SOPs, and train staff accordingly
• 监控系统性能,及时解决技术问题 Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues proactively

Requirements:

• 信息技术或相关领域文凭或学位 Diploma or degree in Information Technology, or related field
• 至少 5 年 IT 管理经验,具零售或批发行业背景者优先 Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in retail or wholesale
• 熟悉 DynaMod POS、CCTV、服务器与网络管理 Proficient in DynaMod POS, CCTV systems, server and network administration
• 具备良好的沟通能力、领导力与问题解决能力 Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• 熟悉云端服务与远程监控工具 Familiarity with cloud services and remote monitoring tools

Location: No.16, Jalan Kasuarina 03/KS07, Bandar Botanic, 41200 Klang, Selangor.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10am to 7pm
