- Identify the issues faced by bumiputera and strategized a proper plan to increase bumiputera sales.
- To strategize and plan Bumiputera engagement initiatives by implementing focused campaigns, organizing dedicated events, and enhancing lead generation efforts to improve overall Bumiputera sales performance.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of Bumiputera customers.
- Increasing bumiputera database thru online and offline marketing.
- To analyse and review the bumiputera data and to strategize plan to capture this market.
- Handle APDL applications and liaise with Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
- Manage Bumiputera lot applications and release processes in collboration with PKPJ.
- Conduct market studies to monitor competitor developments and recommend actionable strategies.
- Support general sales and marketing functions, including any ad hoc assignments as directed by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Bumiputera-focused marketing initiatives or involvement in government housing schemes (e.g., APDL, PKPJ).
- Good connection with PKPJ and KPKT.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Competent in digital marketing platforms and tools, with strong skills in database management.
