Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote university programs and events.
  • Support digital marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, and online engagement.
  • Help design promotional materials (posters, flyers, digital banners, etc.).
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent branding and communication.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing marketing reports.
  • Recruit student to pursue their study in City University.
  • Joining Education Fairs or Roadshow that has been schedule by Marketing Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Creative, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English and Malay (both written and spoken).
