We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resource and Administration functions. You will assist in recruitment, payroll, employee welfare, and general office administration to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities:

Human Resource Functions

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions.
  • Assist in hiring — post jobs, arrange interviews, and help new hires settle in.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation, and resignation letters.
  • Handle payroll and statutory contributions (KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN).
  • Maintain employee records, leave, and attendance updates.
  • Oversee staff accommodation arrangement, welfare, insurance, and claims.
  • Help plan staff event — annual dinners, staff birthday and more
  • Assist in the upgrading and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management as required.
  • Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform other HR/administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Administration Functions

  • Manage calls, emails, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes meeting, and follow up on action items when needed.
  • Manage office supplies (stationaries), medicine equipment, and maintenance to ensure a conducive working environment
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes meeting, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of all documents.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities when necessary
  • Support day-to-day office operations and assist management with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of Malaysian labour laws.
  • Organized, proactive, and loves working with people.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
