About the role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Receptionist Cum Admin Clerk to join our team at Tropicana Aman Recreational Hub in Persiaran Tropicana Aman, Bandar Rimbayu, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will be an essential member of our Receptionist & Administration Office Support, responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and managing a variety of administrative duties.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming guests and visitors, handle incoming calls, emails and walk in enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry.
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings or events arrangements.
- Providing clerical support to the operations teams as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and replenished
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, ideally in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of people
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team
