Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mechanical design of automation machine .
- Responsible proposal new mechanical design concept to customer.
- Prepare design / instruction manual of the project assigned.
- Produce & issue 2D & 3D drawings for assembly & fabrication.
- Check 2D & 3D drawings dimension and tolerance for assembly & fabrication.
- Knowledge of 2D & 3D CAD design software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Responsible for the development and design of mechanical mechanisms for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including the mechanical design of pressing and conveying parts of molding equipment using CAD -SOLID MIX 2D &3D.
- Perform structural analysis of machine elements and conduct experiments and verification works.
- Involve in product benchmark and preparation of development specifications.
- Participate in the production design of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including the additional design of OPTION (mechanical mechanisms) to meet specific user requirements using CAD -SOLID MIX 2D & 3D.
- Prefer experience candidate with full automation machine design experience.
