The R&D Senior Executive / Executive plays a key role in supporting the company's product innovation and development initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating product testing, analyzing consumer feedback, and ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation across different markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Procurement, and Production, the role contributes to the successful launch and continuous improvement of new and existing products.

岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities:

  1. 订单与生产协调

  2. 在收到客户订单后,及时向第三方工厂提交加工指令(DO),确保生产流程顺利执行。

    Coordinate with third-party manufacturers by submitting delivery orders (DO) upon receipt of customer orders to ensure timely production.

2.销售与渠道支持

  • 协助与本地批发商沟通,包括订货、缺货情况反馈及日常信息跟进。

    Assist in communication with local wholesalers regarding order placement, stock availability, and regular updates.

3.市场测试支持

  • 协助执行消费者问卷测试计划(如百人试吃活动),收集并整理反馈信息。

    Support the execution of consumer survey and product testing activities (e.g., 100-person tasting test), and consolidate feedback.

4.产品信息整理与反馈

  • 整理产品规格、包装细节、测试数据及市场反馈报告,确保资料完整性与可追溯性。

    Compile and organize product information including specifications, packaging details, test results, and feedback reports.

5.跨部门协作与项目跟进

  • 配合上级与相关部门(如市场、研发、采购等)进行沟通,推动新品开发及落地进度。

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, procurement) to support new product development and ensure timely project progress.

任职要求 / Requirements:

  • Proficient in Chinese and English is mandatory (to facilitate communication between headquarters and franchisees)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of working independently and conducting business negotiations with clients
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and a strong executor
  • Strong team player with a collaborative spirit
