Your Role in Our Team

We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Executive to be the backbone of our warehouse operations. In this hands-on role, your main responsibility will be managing the entire flow of our materials, from receiving parts to dispatching our finished machines. As a key part of the team, you will also provide valuable support to our quality control (QC) functions when your primary duties are managed.

Your Primary Responsibilities (Storekeeping):

  • Keep our warehouse organised: You'll manage inventory and make sure our records are always up-to-date, and the workspace is clean and safe.
  • Handle all goods: You will be in charge of all receiving and dispatching of parts and machines.
  • Prepare products for shipment: You'll oversee the careful packing of our equipment for clients across Asia.
  • Perform regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Your Secondary Responsibilities (QC Support):

  • Be our eye for quality: You'll inspect incoming parts and outgoing machines to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Check the details: You'll use basic measurement tools like calipers to verify that parts match the technical drawings.
  • Handle non-conforming products: You'll isolate any parts that don't meet quality standards and report the issue.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has at least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse role, which is a strong advantage.
  • Is naturally organised and enjoys keeping things neat and orderly.
  • Is reliable and responsible, and can comfortably manage their own tasks.
  • Is physically fit for a hands-on role that includes moving stock.
  • Is familiar with basic QC tasks, including using measurement tools and reading drawings.
  • Is comfortable using basic computer programs like Excel.
