Business Development Lead (Offline Channels - B2B and Institutional Users)

For 25 years, Serigama has proudly built its reputation as a leader in the gamat space, earning the trust of Malaysians and establishing itself as the market-leading Gamat Brand. Now, we are embarking on the next exciting chapter of our growth. We're seeking to build high-value B2B partnerships and significantly expand our presence in both traditional retail and innovative institutional channels.

We are looking for a professional "hunter" to architect and lead this B2B expansion. This is a foundational role, reporting directly to the General Manager. Your mission is to establish and scale our offline division by securing cornerstone accounts in traditional retail while simultaneously pioneering new, high-value institutional channels. We're talking private hospitals, corporate wellness programs, specialized rehabilitation centers, maternity centers, health resorts, and other non-traditional opportunities where our gamat products can add significant value.

Our gamat formulations offer unique wellness benefits, providing tangible advantages for our partners to open new market segments and enhance their existing offerings. You'll be unlocking new avenues for better health and the adoption of traditional wellness across Malaysia.


Your Impact: What You'll Build

●      The Partnerships: You will leverage your existing network and exceptional hunting skills to forge strategic relationships with key decision-makers, opening doors that are closed to others.

●      The Deals: You will take the lead on initiating, negotiating, and closing high-margin supply agreements. Success is measured by profitable revenue growth, not just volume.

●      The Foundation: You will create the robust processes and scalable systems that will define this division, with a clear path to eventually building and leading your own high-performing sales team.

●      Is a Natural Hunter: You possess a relentless drive to identify and secure new opportunities, coupled with the tenacity to see a deal through from initial cold contact to a signed, impactful contract.

●      Has a "Golden Rolodex": You bring an existing, high-trust network of relationships within Malaysian traditional medicine, independent pharmacy, supplementary health, corporate wellness, or other relevant B2B sectors.

●      Is a Master Negotiator: You expertly structure win-win deals and are highly comfortable negotiating margins, payment terms, and complex partnership agreements. You are astute enough to walk away from a bad deal.

●      Thinks Like a Business Owner: You are highly independent, strategic, and thrive on making impactful decisions that directly influence the company's trajectory.

●      Is Creative and Strategic: You possess the foresight to sense emerging opportunities for expansion and the unwavering drive to pursue them to fruition.
