Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections and record any defects.

• Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and the company's QAQC standards.

• Prepare reports, checklists, and follow up on rectification works with the site team and subcontractors.

• Monitor the quality of Civil, Architectural, and basic M&E works.

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic site experience (Civil / Architectural / M&E).

• Good understanding of QAQC fundamentals, drawing interpretation, and site inspection.

• Able to prepare WhatsApp reports, checklists, and basic documentation.

• Willing to be actively on-site and able to work well in a team.
