Description

A successful member of the Learning Request Management team is responsible for:

  • Communicating directly with clients on questions, revisions, issues.
  • Identifying client issues and escalating them appropriately.
  • Complying with all policies and standards.

  • Exhibiting flexibility when faced with constantly shifting tasks and priorities.

General requirements:

  • Performs tasks based on established procedures.
  • Uses data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work.
  • Exhibits strong customer service skills.
  • Works within established procedures and practices.
  • Provides insight when confronted with new tasks and client requests.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and to escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Understands team dynamics and how to contribute to team success.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail, focused on accuracy.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal)
  • Able to work on nightshift (supporting U.S. hour) from Monday to Friday
