What you will be accountable for:

  1. Monitor the execution of marketing activities to achieve set targets (sales, timeline, deliverables) and business objectives

  2. Have a natural interest in digital marketing, and staying abreast with the latest marketing trends (especially digital marketing and content creation)

  3. Maintain and monitor campaign performance across all channels and flag needs for intervention

  4. Monitor budgets and update stakeholders on campaign progress

  5. Work closely with external creative agencies, technology vendors, freelancers and other service providers on day-to-day operations

  6. Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders, understand the needs and update marketing team

  7. Report and analyse campaign performance with leads and sales conversion as the metrics, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

  8. Assist in administrative tasks or other duties instructed by superior which may arise from time to time

  9. Willing to travel outstation when required

Supporting requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing role (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

  • Proficiency with conventional and online marketing

  • Willingness to travel

  • Preferred with property knowledge
