1. To assist HR Supervisor for executing and implementing effective HR program and policies at store such as confirmation, transfer and re-designation, personnel expenses control, performance appraisal etc.
To update monthly store organization chart and manpower strength report.
To prepare documentation on staff hiring, EPF & Maybank registration, performance evaluation, confirmation, transfer & re-designation, dismissal and awards.
To recruit general staff, for each department.
Compilation of OCW documentation and preparation and payment sheet of casual worker and outsource worker
To prepare documentation for injured and sick employees to seek medical attention and preparation for documentation of any claims of staff insurance, bereavement, EPF & SOCSO.
To co-ordinate with other committee members in arranging staff ceria club activities eg get together party, birthday party, sport tournament and long service award.
To ensure staff welfare and facilities in good conditions
To ensure 1st Aid Kit is stocked with the necessary medicines for emergency use.
To update and monitor staff attendance
To update HRMS BOSS I-NET Data twice a day.
Accounts.
To confirm the number of float/sales bags and intermediate collection
- To release fthe loat bag to the chief cashier/ assistant chief cashier
- To exchange money into smaller denominations with the bank if necessary.
- To receive and to calculate intermediate collection and to acknowledge it in the intermediate record book.
- To exchange money into smaller denominations for the cashiers.
- To do balancing of exchange money at least twice per day.
- To prepare for cash in transit.
- To prepare a float bag for the next day and to keep it inside the small safe till the next day.
- To calculate the previous day's sales bag before counting the money in the bag for every counter.
- To confirm the previous day's sales with the actual cash to be banked in.
- To count the actual money in the sales bag to check whether it matches with precomputed and money denominations.
- To bank in the money from sales and other income and to prepare a bank-in slip, such as:
Cheque - Telephone collection
- Amusement collection
- Hire purchase sales
- Promoter badge and company bus ticket
- AEON gift voucher
- To ensure the amount of money in the cash room is accurate for the manager's balancing at the end of the day.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
► Possessed at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
► 2-3 years of working experience in retail operations management/human resources/account-related field.
► Computer literacy skills needed: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams
► Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday - Not an Office Hour Job.
