Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Damansara for an Umrah Executive. The Umrah Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing Umrah travel arrangements, including but not limited to, booking flights and accommodations, arranging visas, and designing itineraries. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring an overall outstanding travel experience. The Umrah Executive will liaise with partners and suppliers, manage documentation, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and designing itineraries
- Skills in customer service and handling client inquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of visa processes and travel regulations
- Proficiency in managing documentation and liaising with partners and suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
