Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance team at DME Solutions Sdn Bhd. Our office is located at Plaza TTDI, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, KL. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ø Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
  • Ø Verify supplier invoices, process staff claims and prepare payment vouchers.
  • Ø Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries, accruals and financial statements preparation.
  • Ø Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Ø Provide support for all other ad-hoc duties delegated from superior.

Requirements:

  • Ø Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Ø Basic knowledge or experience in bookkeeping.
  • Ø Knowledge in AutoCount Accounting would be an advantage but not necessary.
  • Ø Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ø Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years' experience is a plus.
  • Ø With experience in related field - office administration would be an advantage
  • Ø Positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedication to work.
