We are a grocery start up looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Working in our company will be challenging but rewarding.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Data entry & preparation of simple documents for business purposes
  • Keeping documents organized, filing, and archiving
  • Provide ad hoc support around office and store as needed such as cashiering & quality checks

Requirements:

  • Experience with cash handling, transaction processing, and issuing receipts will be a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Prior experience in retail or a similar environment is a plus
  • Language: Must haves are English & BM (Mandarin & Cantonese will be an added advantage)
