About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PROTON AG AUTOWORLD SDN BHD' as a full-time HR Executive based in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and services to the organisation, playing a key part in ensuring the company's human capital needs are effectively managed.

What you'll be doing

  1. Administering and coordinating all HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  2. Maintaining and updating employee records and HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  3. Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  4. Providing support and advice to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
  6. Participating in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations is a plus
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is a plus)
  6. Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  7. Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  8. A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
