Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum bachelor's degree/Diploma in food science/food technologist or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 1 - 5 years of QA working experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Experience in quality auditing and documentation-ISO, GMP, HACCP, MeSTI, FSSC, Halal
  • Possess analytical, problem solving skills and application knowledge of QC tools.
  • Able to work in Bentong

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Conduct Internal Audit / GMP Audit
  • Assist with Government related issues / Audit for (MOH, JAIP), CB audit (FSSC, HACCP), Customer Audit for Midstream.
  • Review and ensure label information accurate prior production print
  • Arrange mid -stream daily production sample to for laboratory testing
  • Review process flow diagram annually
  • Verify QC (related to Prod / WH) Checklist
  • Monitor and Train QC to perform daily routine job
  • Pest Control for Midstream (Internal & External)
  • Arrange with external laboratory to conduct water test, air test & swab test
  • To liase with supplier to conduct yearly external calibration for metal detector, standard weight , master thermometer, nitrogen chamber and etc
  • Investigate Customer complaint for Midstream
  • Conduct validation study

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
