Role Summary

At MNML, every piece we curate tells a story of style, confidence, and modern elegance. We are seeking a Product Merchandiser & Buyer who will be the heart of our product strategy— bridging creativity and commerce.

This role goes beyond buying. You will own the Master Stock List, manage purchasing budgets, and curate collections that align with our brand DNA. From sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, to ensuring timely delivery and seamless coordination with our Inventory Executive, you will be the guardian of stock flow and product balance.

Working hand-in-hand with Marketing, Designers, and our Directors, you will play a critical role in shaping what we sell, how much we sell, and when we sell it — making sure every campaign is supported with the right products at the right time.

We're looking for someone with an eye for trends, a head for numbers, and a passion for creating a product mix that excites our customers while driving sustainable growth.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in merchandising, e-commerce listing, orinventory/product data management
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel) and comfortable with datasystems
  • Familiar with Shopify, ERP systems, and retail-product sync flows
  • Highly detail-oriented — able to catch inconsistencies or missing data
  • Clear communicator — able to coordinate across inventory, sales, and marketingteams
  • Self-organized and proactive, with high ownership over data accuracy and internal clarity
  • Must be well spoken, writen and read in Mandarin
  • Salary range from RM4,500- RM6,500(depends on experience)
