What you'll be doing?
- Respond to inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional approach.
- Resolve complaints: Efficiently and professionally handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain records: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure smooth follow-ups and resolutions.
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with internal departments to provide effective solutions and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Provide information: Clearly communicate product and service information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Process requests: Handle orders, applications, and customer requests with precision and efficiency.
- Follow up: Ensure full resolution and satisfaction by following up with customers post-interaction.
- Stay updated: Keep abreast of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Support sales: Assist the sales team and perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in customer service or a related role, with a strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Language proficiency: Proficient in Mandarin, with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, as most of our customers are Mandarin-speaking.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and customer focus, with experience handling escalations or mentoring junior staff is an advantage.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literacy: Basic computer literacy, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
