About the role

This is a contract role for a Retail Finance (Sales) position at PERSOLKELLY Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd based in Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for providing sales and financial advisory services to customers, helping them make informed decisions about financial products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and goals
  2. Researching and recommending suitable financial products and services
  3. Providing detailed explanations of financial products and services to customers
  4. Assisting customers with applications, documentation and onboarding for selected financial products
  5. Achieving individual and team sales targets
  6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, products and industry trends
  7. Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales
  2. Strong understanding of financial products and services, such as loans, credit cards, insurance and investments
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  5. Customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service
  6. Relevant qualifications in finance, banking or a related field would be an advantage
