Job Descriptions:

  • Assist The Restaurant manager to develop and manage the team 协助餐厅经理一起发展以及管理团队
  • Provide training to new staff and enhance the service quality by monitoring staff's job scopes 通过监督工作方式为新员工提供培训并提高服务质量
  • Promote & share the latest menus with customers 向顾客介绍和分享最新的菜单
  • Attend and solve customers' complaints effectively 有效并即时的解决顾客的投诉
  • Provide constructive ideas to increase the outlet's sales performance 提供建设性的意见,以提高门店的营业额
  • Coordinate & cooperate with all the company departments 与公司各部门协调配合

Job Requirements 工作需求:

  • At least Higher Secondary/SPM qualification holder
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the Foods & Beverages Management field
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

(Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires a candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers and write the report)

  • Good problem-solving skills & communication, aggressive and passionate in the F&B industry

  • Must be willing to work in Selangor.
