Position: Live Host Cum Content Creator

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,200

Location: No. 100, Jalan 3/7, Taman Intan Perdana, 71050 Port Dickson

Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday (Monday Off)

Working Hours: Flexible

1) Digital Content Creation

• Plan, produce, and edit creative content in various formats (photos, videos, graphics) for the company's social media platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and marketing strategy.
• Develop engaging scripts and concepts to increase audience engagement.
• Ensure all content complies with copyright laws and company guidelines.

2) Live Hosting

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Present product information clearly, engagingly, and persuasively to viewers.
• Actively interact with viewers, answer questions, and promote products in a friendly manner.

3) Social Media Management & Monitoring

• Schedule and upload content according to the marketing calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages, and customer feedback across all platforms.
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on data.
• Stay updated on current trends to create relevant content and suggest new ideas to improve reach and engagement.

4) Coordination with Marketing & Sales Team

• Collaborate with the team to understand campaign objectives and promotional strategies.
• Assist in creating additional marketing materials such as digital posters or promotional videos.
• Support offline marketing activities when needed.

5) Compliance & Operational Support

• Maintain a professional and positive image in all interactions, both online and offline.
• Follow data security procedures and protect customer information.
• Perform additional or ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
• Be willing to cooperate fully with the team and work outside regular hours when required for operations.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher education in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking on camera.
• Experience in social media management, live streaming, or content creation is preferred.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
