Their services include custom-designed karaoke systems for homes, tailored to your preferences, whether you seek a comfortable environment or a powerful soundproof room. They also specialize in the installation of karaoke machines and soundproof panels. Additionally, they provide karaoke rental services for family gatherings and events.

Job Description:

  • Manage daily branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve branch sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, while expanding the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and provide suggestions to improve sales performance.
  • Ensure branch operations adhere to company policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling electrical appliance products or outdoor sales is preferred.
  • Proven team management experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills.
  • Preferable Mandarin speaker.
  • Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently.
