Responsibilities:

Junior :

1. Build user interfaces with
React or Vue

(TypeScript preferred), integrate with REST APIs, and ship features quickly.

2. Pair with senior engineers to design and consume backend endpoints; write clean, testable UI code.

3. Learn and contribute to
.NET backend

(ASP.NET Core Web API) under guidance: routes, controllers, services, DI, logging.

4. Fix bugs, write small enhancements, and help with QA, code reviews, and documentation.

5. Support real enterprise features: authentication/authorization, validation, error handling, and basic performance checks.

6. Occasionally touch
legacy .NET

apps (e.g., MVC 5) for small fixes with supervision.

Senior :

1.  Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement software to meet business and technical requirements.

2.  Build and maintain cloud-ready enterprise applications and services.

3.  Develop and support solutions across
ASP.NET Core/C#

,
SQL Server

, and related .NET technologies.

4.  Deliver application software across
web,or mobile

as needed.

5.  Provide Tier-2/3 technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for production issues.

6.  Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver complex features and system enhancements.

7.  Review code, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture).

8.  Participate in architecture/design discussions and contribute to technical decisions.

9.  Support engineering operations:
release management, CI/CD, on-call rotation, production support

10.  Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

11.  Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting delivery timelines and quality bars.

Requirements:

Junior :


1–3 years

hands-on with
React or Vue

(projects, internships, or commercial).

Solid in
JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS

(one of Tailwind, SCSS, or similar).

Basic API skills (fetch/axios), state management (Redux/RTK, Zustand, Pinia, or Vuex), routing, forms,

and component composition.

Comfort with
Git/GitHub

workflow and basic testing (e.g., Jest/Vitest) or willingness to learn.

Senior :

1.     
5+ years
 hands-on experience with the
.NET
 stack and
C#
.

2.     Strong proficiency in
ASP.NET Core (MVC/Web API)
,
SQL Server/T-SQL
, and RESTful API design.

3.     Experience with
Entity Framework Core or Dapper
, and mocking.

4.     Practical experience deploying .NET apps to at least one cloud (e.g.,
Azure
 preferred;
AWS/GCP
 ok)

and running on
Windows and/or Linux
.

5.     Solid understanding of
N-tier/layered
 architectures (Clean/Hexagonal a plus) and
design patterns
.

6.     Proven track record leading at least one
end-to-end
 project (requirements → production).

7.     Experience with
Git
, code reviews, and
CI/CD
 (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, etc.).

8.     Familiarity with
containers
 (Docker) and app hosting (IIS/Kestrel; NGINX/Ingress a plus).

9.     Security and reliability basics:
OWASP Top 5
, OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, logging/observability.

10. Strong mentorship skills and the ability to uplevel team code quality.

11. Frontend framework:
React/Angular/Vue
