About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Store Executive to join our team at ML MOTO & LUBE SDN. BHD. in our Kuching, Sarawak location. As a fulltime employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and distribution facilities, ensuring efficient stock management and order fulfilment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items
  2. Maintain accurate stock records and generate reports on inventory levels
  3. Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  4. Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure all procedures are followed correctly
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
  6. Ensure the warehouse environment is well-organised, clean, and safe for all employees
  7. Assist with periodic stock-taking and audits

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role
  2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  3. Proficient in inventory management software and data analysis
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various teams
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
