About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative to join the team at Magnion Furniture Industries Sdn Bhd, based in Pekan Subang, Selangor. This full-time role will provide crucial support across a range of administrative duties, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the organization.
What you'll be doing
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical filing systems to ensure records are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Supporting the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
- Proficient in Chinese will be an advantage
- At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role, ideally within a similar industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
