Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the hotel's Food & Beverage (F&B) operations while ensuring full compliance with Halal requirements.

The role combines operational support for dining services and administrative duties related to Halal certification, purchasing, and food handling in accordance with JAKIM and hotel standards.

Jobs Responsibility:

  1. Food & Beverage (F&B) Operations.

2.Support daily cafe and kitchen operations to maintain service and product quality.

3.Coordinate with F&B team to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.

4.Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food presentation in all outlets.

  1. Assist in menu planning and food costing in line with quality and cost targets.

Work closely with Head Chef to ensure all food supplies meet Halal and quality standards.

Halal Compliance (add)

Ensure all F&B outlets comply with JAKIM Halal guidelines and hotel Halal policies.
