JOB PURPOSE

Plan, conduct and coordinate security investigations on all security related incidents to identify the root cause of the incidents, ensure regulatory compliance and prevent future recurrence. Lead and perform intelligence activities to help guide decision-making processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coordinate and conduct covert operation and intelligence activities to assist in investigation process in accordance with the standard set by the Security Department.
  • Manage and coordinate potential incidents escalations, for investigations along with any required internal or external stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritize issues to the appropriate level of authority for resolution.
  • Prepare, collate and submit investigation paper and reports for presentation to Management Committee.
  • To lead and conduct crime prevention awareness, campaign or program for creating a safer community through education on potential risks and effective strategies.
  • Develop, review and update security procedures and work processes to ensure continual improvement, mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Establish close networks and relationships with relevant government agencies and other internal/external contacts to obtain credible intelligence and information.
  • Plan, lead and conduct security management walkabout and security operation to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential threats.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Degree in Security Management / Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
  • At least 5 years' experience in security-related profession / administration disciplines.
