  • Prepare, review, and manage all sales-related documents including quotations, customer's purchase orders, sales order, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork in accordance with the company's SOP and policies before submission to internal departments or customers.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases for tracking sales performance and order status.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and customer summaries for management review.
  • To support Sales & Social Events.

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the main communication bridge between the Sales Team and Operations Team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up closely with Operations, Logistics, and Finance on order fulfillment, stock availability, and billing matters.
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly to relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries and coordinating after-sales service when required.

Job Requirements:-

  • SPM or Diploma in Business Admin
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work with minimum supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
