Admin Assistant

- Prepare, review, and manage all sales-related documents including quotations, customer's purchase orders, sales order, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork in accordance with the company's SOP and policies before submission to internal departments or customers.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases for tracking sales performance and order status.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and customer summaries for management review.
- To support Sales & Social Events.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the main communication bridge between the Sales Team and Operations Team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up closely with Operations, Logistics, and Finance on order fulfillment, stock availability, and billing matters.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries and coordinating after-sales service when required.
Job Requirements:-
- SPM or Diploma in Business Admin
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good command of written and spoken in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work with minimum supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
