Agronomist

Job description

• Plan, execute, and monitor in-house product testing and field trials in collaboration with farms or agricultural research institutions.
• Design and implement agronomic trials to evaluate product efficacy, performance, and crop response.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare detailed technical and performance reports.
• Provide agronomic advice and technical support to users on product applications and best-use practices.
• Liaise closely with the internal product development team to feedback trial results and suggest potential improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of all experiments, field observations, and results.
• Stay updated on agricultural trends, crop management practices, and new technologies relevant to Greenwaze's products.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and administrative support as assigned by management.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in conducting product testing, field trials, or agronomic research.
• Strong understanding of soil, plant, and crop management principles.
• Ability to design experiments and produce comprehensive technical reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with farms, institutions, and internal teams.
• Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork and site visits as required.
• Experience in sales is a plus.

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
